Who cares what you thought about in your head?
You have to get out of the building (literally) and actually talk to customers.
- Can you find them?
- Do they have the problem you think they do?
- Is it important an urgent?
- Do they want a solution?
- Do they want your solution?
- Can you demonstrate buying behaviour?
Questions to consider...
- Are you solving a real problem?
- Are there enough customers for this to scale?
- Do customers want your solution?
- Do you know how to reach customers?
- Did you get out of your head and talk to them?
